How Does a Dentist Perform the Bleaching Technique?

The professional bleaching technique contains 15 % to 40 % hydrogen peroxide.
The dentist applies the whitening product to the teeth. It is then bonded with teeth using heat, a LED light, or a laser. The whitening results can be obtained in a single appointment, and the procedure lasts for an hour. But severely discoloured teeth require two to three appointments.
